A usual day routine as always. Went to school, went back home, had a nap awhile after zuhr (erkk) then, woke up for asr, logged in facebook and eventually came across this sharing from ukhti Hidayah :)
I just want to share this over here. So that, insyaALLAH we can gain something from every sharing done :) May Allah bless her :)

When we see religious people, or people we think fit as the 'alim' (learned ones), we always have this expectation that they are perfect and free from voids, mistakes or mischief. We seem to form this whole idea, that 'orang alim' should and must be perfect, tak pernah buat silap.
And I used to have same thinking back then as well. When I saw someone who never misses solat, yet still hot-tempered, I questioned his/her religiosity. I questioned their heart. And for one defect they make, I turned blind to all the good they did. One dot on the white canvas makes the entire painting ugly.
It is a wrong thing to do indeed. Didn't ALLAH says:
" He knows what is in the heavens and on earth ; and He knows what you conceal and what you reveal ; and Allah knows well the secrets of all hearts. " (Surah At-Taghabun, 64:4 )
Who am I, you, us to judge what's in another's heart? Only He knows what is in the deepest of the heart, invisible to the eyes.
And no one is ever perfect, if not, why there are countless hadith and verses that repeatedly ask us to remind each other, and call each other to the way of our Lord? Surely, He knows best.
Nobody is perfect. A syeikh, a teacher, an engineer, a doctor or whosoever it is, we are here to complete each other. :)

@ I'm not a critical thinker. i learn to be one. this is all what i can do. pray! pray! pray! well, what i really want to say is that i don't know how to further elaborate about #GE13 . yeah, partly because i don't really read much, understand any, ( maybe a little bit ). =.=
but lets get the fact straight, we really are in need of a 'change'.

I have learned...
- that when you're in love, it shows.
- that just one person saying to me, "You've made my day!" makes my day.
- that being kind is more important than being right.
- that you should never say no to a gift from a child.
- that I can always pray for someone when I don't have the strength to help him in some other way.
- that no matter how serious your life requires you to be, everyone needs a friend to act goofy with.
- that sometimes all a person needs is a hand to hold and a heart to understand.
- that it's those small daily happenings that make life so spectacular.
- that under everyone's hard shell is someone who wants to be appreciated and loved.
- that to ignore the facts does not change the facts.
- that when you plan to get even with someone, you are only letting that person continue to hurt you.
- that love, not time, heals all wounds.
- that everyone you meet deserves to be greeted with a smile.
- that no one is perfect until you fall in love with them.
- that opportunities are never lost; someone will take the ones you miss.
- that when you harbor bitterness, happiness will dock elsewhere.
- that I wish I could have told my Dad that I love him one more time before he passed away.
- that one should keep his words both soft and tender, because tomorrow he may have to eat them.
- that a smile is an inexpensive way to improve your looks.
- that I can't choose how I feel, but I can choose what I do about it.
- that everyone wants to live on top of the mountain, but all the happiness and growth occurs while you're climbing it.
- that it is best to give advice in only two circumstances; when it is requested and when it is a life threatening situation.
