Hikmah Of The Day

Posted by Mademoiselle Sophie , Sunday, November 25, 2012 2:50 AM

this feeling, it's like high school all over again. i made my choice to stay where i chose and i'm comfortable with it. it might be wrong, it might be right but that matter does not lie in either of us. let us wait patiently for the day where we shall reap our life's work after a lifelong struggle.

------------------------------------------------------------

because we will not be asked, "what happened?"

we will be asked, "what did you do?"

......................................................................................................

once the curtain parts and once the ghaib becomes visible, there is no taubah. too late. the door of taubah remains open as long as the ghaib is ghaib. but the moment the ghaib becomes visible, the moment we see the angels, the door of taubah is closed.

so when is the time to make taubah?

now. right now.

right now as we are sitting here, make taubah. sincerely and seriously make taubah and ask Allah SAW, "O Allah, forgive us for what we had done. we did it without knowing, we did not do it because we are rebellious against You, we did not do it because we want to irritate You or anger You. we did it because we are weak, we did it because we are enslaved to our nafs and syaitaan. O Allah, we make taubah. insyaAllah, O Allah help us, we will not go back to those things again no matter who said what."

# Make the most of the last days of Ramadan. Remember to continue the goodness even after this blessed month. A sign of acceptance is when there has been positive changes in our lives that goes beyond the month. It is not befitting a true believer to return to his bad ways once we exit this blessed season. May the Almighty accept all our acts of worship and forgive us completely. Aameen..

# When praying or supplicating, we should not only think of ourselves but include family, relatives, communities and humanity at large. Praying for others has a direct effect upon our own goodness as the angels seek similar goodness for us. A prayer made for the one who is unaware that we are praying for him or her is the best. Always remember those who are suffering across the globe as a result of oppression, natural disaster or any other reason. May the Almighty bless them, ease their suffering and protect us all. Aameen..

# True believers will never let a day pass without being concerned about increasing their knowledge of the Revelation, becoming closer to their Maker and improving spirituality. We are most fortunate to be living in a technologically advanced world. We must make the most of technology at our disposal to learn the purest teachings, to choose the purest paths and prepare for the return to our Maker. Let us start now!

Time will not wait for us no matter how healthy or wealthy we are.
People far healthier than us and wealthier have passed on and time is still ticking.
So never allow yourself to be deceived by your wealth or health.
Use your time wisely and be charitable.
Remember that every moment that goes by will never return, so make the most of it..

Whilst people in some parts of the world are dying of no food and drink, people in other parts are dying of too much food and drink. Be CHARITABLE..
